REV. THELMA BURGONIO- WATSON

The Rev. Thelma B. Burgonio- Watson, Chaplain at the Medical Center of the Rockies is one of 12 Recipients of Employee Hall of Fame Award.  The Medical Center of the Rockies (MCR) in Loveland, Colorado is heart and trauma center for Northen Colorado, Western Nebraska and Wyoming.  MCR is part of the Poudre Valley Health System. (PVHS).

The prestigious Award is given to employees who live up to the values of PVHS, such as:  QUALITY,  COMPASSION,  CONFIDENTIALITY,  DIGNITY/ RESPECT,  EQUALITY,  AND INTEGRITY.

Rev. Burgonio- Watson has exemplified these values among her peers and MCR customers within the past 14 months she has worked as a Chaplain.

She is a  valuable employee as a Chaplain and by serving in the Diversity Awareness Committee, she continues to be an effective instrument  in making MCR a world class health care facility.
