Hi, Manang Teresing, komusta kayo amin, Congratulations to you for being featured as "Anak of the Month for Jan. 2009. You have such remarkable achievements and I am indeed very proud of you. You truly deserve this great honor. You have trained countless of pupils who had become useful members of society and a lot of teachers who have molded students to reach their potentials to the fullest. I salute you for all these honors you have attained for the betterment of our community in particular and to our country in general.
Daydi last nga nagkitatayo kaduak ni lakayko ket idi Nov 2007 nagkakalugan tayo kada Manang Cheling Pena napantayo diay Vigan, you did not even want me to call you Dr. Manang ti awagmo kaniak, ading, kunam pay. Inspite of all your high honors and sucess you remain humble. I also congratulate you and Mr. Sagay for your 3 sucessful children. You must be very proud of them. Success achieved by children is a reflection of how parents nurtured them. Here in America, it is very hard to raise a family especially if you are a hard working mother, balancing family life and working at the same time is really a struggle but our two children are both successful in their choosen fields of endeavor.

Proverbs Chapter 22 verse 6
"Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Regards na lang and may our ever loving God bless you always.

My family and I would like to extend our profound congratulations to Mrs. Teresita Castillo-Sagay for being chosen as "Anak ti Santa" for the month of January 2009. My memory is still fresh, twenty four (24) years ago - Mrs. Sagay was my grade six Math teacher in Santa Central School (S.Y. 1984-1985).I am proud to say that she was a very effective disciplinarian and most of all she was extremely knowledgeable and exceptional math teacher.I remember she used to tell us this adage "Perdisyon bagas agraman tuyo" directing this to her pupils who could hardly follow at her class. Yet, this old adage gave us, her pupils the motivation not only to unravel mathematical complex problems and equations but most of all, it helped us tremendously to roll with life's punches, challenges and pressures. Ma'am, my name probably do not ring a bell to you anymore, but I salute and thank you for all your immeasurable and precious assistance in making us, shaping us to become productive and useful citizens in the society. I am truly fortunate to be a part of your remarkable and unforgettable legacy.
