My kababayan,let us set aside the feelings and attitudes towards others of allienation, factionalism,class-conciousness and legendary myths,instilling in our pride and roots, but to transform into love and unity, the fulfillment of this affair that only comes once in a while in our lifetime. I feel honored and humbled to be featured as "Anak of the Month". However, "once a Santanian, always a Santanian" and we all deserve to be featured as such so I invite you all: my "kailian" to send a profile and photo of yourself, your ka-arruba, your classmate in grade school or high school, your former favorite or terror teacher or principal, your barrio-mate, your secret crush, etcetera, etcetera, you get the drift.
It will be fun to see the faces of all the "annak" from Rancho to Banaoang and in between. Anybody from Pasungol? Please come forward!
