Helen Villalba -Festejo

 

Helen Villalba- Festejo is the second of four children of the late Felipe "Ipe" Villalba and Heldelita "Hely" Calderon Villalba.  She is married to Macario "Boyet" Festejo of Vigan.  They have two daughters;  Julienne, 10 yrs. old and Ysabella, 5 yrs. old.   They reside in Sydney, Australia
