Mr. Jose & Mrs. Concepcion Brillo Mr. Jose B. Brillo is a retired Election Registrar and a former Sangguniang Bayan Member in Santa.

 Mrs. Concepcion Leones- Brillo is a retired Master Teacher ll, Department of Education, Santa District. She was an Outstanding Teacher of the District. She was also recognized as An Outstanding Home Economics Teacher, Division of Ilocos Sur.

The couple celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on December 26, 2008. Despite her age and failing health, Mrs. Brillo is still active in religious activities, i.e. Present Vice Chairman of the Parish Finance Committee of St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish. Former President of the Apostleship of Prayer Member of the Legion of Mary Member of the Perpetual Help Congregation

Gerald L. Brillo ----- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration graduate and works for the Municipal Trial Court in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur.

Engineer Geralyn Brillo- Ly ----- Retired Production Manager, INTEL, Manila Re-hired by another International Electronics Firm in Singapore which gives her the opportunity to travel to Europe, Malaysia, USA and the Philippines.

 Atty. Grace Gaudelyn Brillo- Lara ----- Member, Board of Special Inquiry, Bureau of Immigration, Department of Justice, Manila.

Gene Marie Brillo- Placido, RN, BSN ------ ICU Head Nurse, Flemington, Victoria, Australia
