Consuelo Ramirez- Pena Consuelo Ramirez- Pena is the daughter of the late Jose Brillantes, Jr. a retired Public School Teacher, and the late Maria Nartatez-Ramirez, also a school teacher. Mr. Jose & Mrs. Concepcion Brillo Mr. Jose B. Brillo is a retired Election Registrar and a former Sangguniang Bayan Member in Santa.
Mrs. Concepcion Leones- Brillo is a retired Master Teacher ll, Department of Education, Santa District. She was an Outstanding Teacher of the District. She was also recognized as An Outstanding Home Economics Teacher, Division of Ilocos Sur.
The couple celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on December 26, 2008. Despite her age and failing health, Mrs. Brillo is still active in religious activities, i.e. Present Vice Chairman of the Parish Finance Committee of St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish. Former President of the Apostleship of Prayer Member of the Legion of Mary Member of the Perpetual Help Congregation

Milagros Josefa B. Bello Milagros Josefa B. Bello, fondly called "Milfa" is the youngest daughter and fifth among six children of the late Atty. Isidro Ramirez Bello and Mrs. Natividad Belmonte de Peralta, two of the founders and original owners of Santa High School Foundation, Inc. formerly Santa High School, the only private secondary school in Santa that existed for the last 62 years.
When the government implemented free secondary education nationwide and with the advent of barangay public high schools, competition for enrollment was inevitable. Milfa was determined to keep the school afloat and carry on their parents' legacy to serve the community by providing quality secondary education that is affordable. She was the "brain" behind the school's conversion to a foundation. In 1999, Santa High School became Santa High School Foundation, Incorporated. Today, under her stewardship, the school continues to provide scholarship to poor but deserving students.

WORK EXPERIENCE Served as councilor of the municipality of Santa for ten years. She represented the professionals and had been a committee chairman on legal matters and Good Government/ Public Ethics and Accountability. Ten years as Science Teacher at Santa High School Foundation, Inc. She is the Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Santa High School Foundation, Inc. and currently the School Principal.
ORGANIZATIONS: Milfa is involved in religious and civic organizations. She is a member, past Vice President and President of the Catholic Women's League of Saint Catherine de Alexandria Parish of Santa. She had been a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine National Red Cross, Ilocos Sur Chapter and was a supporter to the Fund Campaign Activities of the local Red Cross. She is a member and past President of ISAP- Ilocos Sur Association of Private Schools. She is also a member of APSCU- Association of Private Schools, Colleges and Universities.
She is married to Justice (ret) Eloy R. Bello, Jr. of the Court of Appeals and a current law professor at San Beda College.
Encancion Batad- dela Cueva, M.D.

ENCANCION T. BATAD- DELA CUEVA, M.D.
Dr. Encancion "Siony" T. Batad- dela Cueva was born in Sacuyya Norte on July 11, 1929.
Graduated from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila in 1957 with the degree of Doctor of Medicine
Practiced her profession as a Private Physician- General Practitioner in Santa from 1957 to 1972.
Entered Government service as the Rural Health Physician of Santa in 1972 and retired in 1992 after 20 years of service.
Elected as one of Santa's Municipal Councilors and served for 9 years (1995- 2004)
After her retirement, she went back to private practice as General Practitioner up to now.
She is a member of the Philippine Medical Association and the Ilocos Sur Medical Society
She is also a member of different religious organizations and is still active in social and church activities in our hometown.
She is married to Atty. Roberto P. dela Cueva also from Sacuyya Norte.
They are blessed with four children, 2 boys and 2 girls: Eleann, Registered Nurse based abroad Rommel, B. S. Medical Technology and live in Canada with his wife and 2 daughters Rachel, B.S. Political Science, live in the U.S. with her husband and 2 daughters Encarnita "Baby" , B.S. Dentistry, and was a Municipal Councilor in Santa.

Engr. Jose Bello V, "Heny" is the son of Engr. & Mrs. Jose Bello, Sr., fondly called "tata Sipin" and "nana Juling". He was born in Santa on May 14, 1950. He is married to Emeline B. Bello and they are blessed with two sons; Zhon Marc and Zhon Michael.
