Milagros Josefa B. Bello

Milagros Josefa B. Bello, fondly called "Milfa" is the youngest daughter and fifth among six children of the late Atty. Isidro Ramirez Bello and Mrs. Natividad Belmonte de Peralta, two of the founders and original owners of Santa High School Foundation, Inc. formerly Santa High School, the only private secondary school in Santa that existed for the last 62 years.

When the government implemented free secondary education nationwide and with the advent of barangay public high schools, competition for enrollment was inevitable.  Milfa was determined to keep the school afloat and carry on their parents' legacy to serve the community by providing quality secondary education that is affordable.  She was the "brain" behind the school's conversion to a foundation.  In 1999, Santa High School became Santa High School Foundation, Incorporated.  Today, under her stewardship, the school continues to provide scholarship to poor but deserving students.
